- Service. Anchor Leads provides websites and an AI phone receptionist ("Service") to businesses ("Client").
- Authorization. Client confirms it owns or controls every phone number it connects, and approves each connection through our authorization request and verification code. Client may revoke at any time from the dashboard. Client is responsible for removing call forwarding with its carrier.
- Client responsibilities. Client is responsible for the accuracy of its knowledge base, hours and pricing guidance, for complying with laws that apply to its business (including call-recording and telemarketing laws), and for not using the Service for emergency services. Callers with emergencies must dial 911.
- Recording and messaging. The Service announces recording at the start of each call and sends texts only as described in our SMS Terms.
- AI limitations. AI can make mistakes. Client should review call summaries and confirm important details with customers.
- Fees. As agreed in writing. Third-party usage (minutes, texts) may be billed as agreed.
- Data. As described in our Privacy Policy. Client can export or request deletion of its data.
- Liability. [To be drafted by counsel: limitation of liability, indemnity, warranty disclaimer, governing law (Massachusetts).]
- Termination. Either party may terminate on written notice. On termination we disconnect numbers and delete data per the retention settings.
