Anchor Leads ("we") builds websites and provides an AI phone receptionist for local businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect. For business customers: name, business details, email, phone numbers, and settings you enter in our dashboard. For people who call a business that uses our receptionist: phone number, call audio recordings (when the business enables recording), transcripts, and the details you share on the call (such as your name, the service you need, and appointment times).

How we use it. To answer and route calls, book appointments, send call summaries to the business, send a one-time follow-up text after a missed call, verify phone-number ownership, keep records of consent, and improve service quality. We do not sell personal information.

Call recording. All calls are recorded, and this is announced at the start of every call. Recording is a condition of the call: if you don't want to be recorded, you can hang up and reach the business another way.

Text messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver the messages (e.g., our SMS carrier partners).

Service providers. We use vendors to run the service (hosting, database, voice AI, telephony, email). They process data only on our instructions.

Retention. Recordings and transcripts are deleted after the period the business chooses (30–365 days, 90 by default). Consent records are kept for as long as the law requires to prove consent.

Security. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited by business account and role.
